The wine is bright red.
The wine has a pleasant, mild flavor with hints of plum, black currant and cherry. Beautiful, silky tannins and a long fruity aftertaste.
The wine has a rich aroma with hints of blackberry and dark chocolate.
The wine goes well with meat dishes: grilled red meat or meat on the grill, roast, as well as dishes from the big game and cheeses.

Excellent wine Chateau Chasse Spleen is made from the finest, hand-picked grapes grown in the vineyard area of 80 hectares. Age of vines is 30 years. Vinification process is carried out in steel tanks. The wine aged for 12-14 months in oak barrels (40% of the barrels is updated annually). Pasting wine by using egg white. Chasse-Spleen name means "banish melancholy," who really is dubbed the wine of Moulis-en-Médoc? Was it the English poet Lord Byron on his way to Spain? Chateau Chasse Spleen is located in Bordeaux, Moulis-en-Medoc farm owns 80 hectares of vineyards, which grow varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon (73%), Merlot (20%) and Petit Verdot (7%).
