Chateau Cantemerle Haut-Medoc Grand Cru 2004 is significantly different from its predecessors because at harvest that year on the farm using the new settings to sort the grapes and a radically new method of selection of berries on the wine warehouse. Wine Chateau Cantemerle always hit a rare delicacy of its fruity taste.
Chateau Kantrmel - this is a appellasone O-Medoc, Bordeaux. A wine that is produced here, the latest hit in the top 5's Grand Cru in the official classification of Bordeaux wines in 1885. Historically, this wine did not appear in the classification list presented at the International Exhibition in Paris in 1885, although it was included in all the lists published after 1856. By itself, the estate has a long history - the first mention of it belongs to the 12th century, and the practice of winemaking came here in the 14th century. In the 19th century. vineyards were seriously affected by the invasion of phylloxera and downy mildew - wine production decreased by 50% percent. At the end of the XX century the estate was sold to the French insurance group Les Mutuelles d'Assurance du Bâtiment et des Travaux Public, which is very successfully invested in the local vineyards and equipment.
