Wine brilliant and light straw color.
The taste of champagne is elegant, clean, dry and airy, medium in saturation, develops with filigree fruit tones in a frame of mineral shades. The finish is long, stable, with yeast nuances.
The aromatic bouquet of champagne is clean, delicate and refreshing, replete with seductive fruity notes, tones of peach and apricot, accompanied by nuances of flowers and mint.
The wine will make an excellent pair of fish dishes, sushi and seafood.
Interesting Facts
For the manufacture of champagne "Entre Ciel et Terre" Extra Brut producer used Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, the average age of the vines of which ranges from 30-70 years. The harvest for this wine was collected in 2010. Vinification carried out in stainless steel tanks. Exposure "Antr Ciel e Terr" Extra-Brut on the sediment lasted 5 years. Producer's description
Champagne Francoise Bedel is a family company founded in 1979. The winery was one of the first in Champagne in 1998 to adopt biodynamic methods of work. The area of the vineyards of the farm is 8.4 hectares. They are located in Ob and in several communes on both banks of the Marne. The range of champagne Françoise Bedel wine is quite large. He presents different terroirs and different grape varieties, but Francoise feels a special passion for Pinot Meunier, for which it is called "The great lady of biodynamic champagne with an endless passion for Pinot Meunier .
