Wine saturated straw-yellow color with brilliant green sparks.
The wine has a dry, velvety taste - fresh, intense and persistent. Full body, good balance. In the aftertaste - notes of ripe fruit: peach and apple.
The wine has a bright, intense aroma with notes of wild flowers and ripe fruit. Also perceptible in the flavor delectable shades of hazelnut, complemented by notes of balsam and minerals.
The wine goes well with fish - steamed or fried, and roasted white meat and young cheeses.

Title economy Umani Ronchi is named after Gino Umani Ronchi, the first owner of the economy, which has gained ground in the hills of the Marche, planted their first vines and built a winery. In the 70s economy goes into full possession of the family Burnett. In 2002, Umani Ronchi acquires land in Montepulciano, where the old farm building hung with the third in a row wineries full cycle.
The wine was first produced in 1983. Wine is produced in the heart of the historic zone, with the harvest of the vineyard of the same name, which is located in Montecarotto.
