Wine "Casa" Rose, 2009
Wine bright and intense pink color.
Taste wine fresh, light, with bright acidity, berry notes and a very pleasant aftertaste.
The aroma of wine disclosed gentle notes of raspberry and forest red berries harmoniously combined with hints of sweet citrus and nectarine.
The wine is perfect to accompany a salad of fresh vegetables, seafood and appetizers.
The year 2009 was marked by very good weather conditions, with dry and warm spring and summer. Due to this, the crop was harvested at maturity degree ideal for 2 weeks early. Obtained by gravity flow, grape juice alcoholic fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at low temperatures as well as in the production of white wines. As a result, this is a wine vinification with sensual pink color, a delicate aroma, beautiful, attractive taste with expressive acidity.
Winery Casa Lapostolle, founded relatively recently - in 1994 - and has already gained recognition wine connoisseurs in many countries, belongs to the family members of French winemakers Marnier-Lapostol - Alexandra Marnier-Lapostol and her husband Cyril de Burne. It is they who, having been in Chile, found old vines Carmenere and Merlot in Apalta Valley and appreciating their great potential, became the founders of the Chilean project.
Starting a business from a small vineyard "Clos Apalta", today expanded its family ownership to 370 hectares, which are grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Carmenere, Pinot Noir and Syrah even. Great contribution to the development of the production and maintenance of the status of the winery made famous French oenologist Michel Rolland, exclusively advises only in Chile Casa Lapostolle.
