Color

Wine pale green.

Taste

Interesting Facts

Cape Crest Sauvignon blanc 2007 - this is a great wine produced on the famous winery Te Mata. The fermentation process takes place in oak barrels, the wine after fermentation for 8 months aged in barriques on the lees. The result is a delicious wine with a rich aroma of fruit and toast. Those Mata, one of the oldest wineries in New Zealand, was founded in 1896 in Hawke's Bay. Vineyards were planted here English immigrant John Chambers in 1892.
