Wine pale green.
Ripe, concentrated wine with rich flavor, which perceptible fruity notes of pear, gooseberry and fragrant nectarine. Rich, long aftertaste.

Cape Crest Sauvignon blanc 2007 - this is a great wine produced on the famous winery Te Mata. Those Mata, one of the oldest wineries in New Zealand, was founded in 1896 in Hawke's Bay. Vineyards were planted here English immigrant John Chambers in 1892.
