"San Marco" Rosso - red semi-dry wine with intense fruity aroma and a pleasant, slightly sweet, balanced flavor. Wine is made from grapes Negramaro grown in Apulia. Berries are going to the most ripe, carefully sorted and fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
Salento IGT - wine region in the composition of the Puglia region, located in the southern part of Italy. This - the birthplace of excellent white, pink, sparkling and, of course, powerful red wines created from more than 50 varieties of grapes grown here, including the Negroamaro, Malvasia, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Pinot Grigio and others. Cantina Due Palme - Winery, located in the small town of Cellino San Marco, which has a very long rich history. Prefix San Marco appeared in the title with easy giving local residents and is the name of the patron saint of one of the Venetian Republic, whose trading post was located nearby. Almost 22 centuries ago this area was the home of the Romans. And already in the 9th century Byzantine monks Cellino chosen, then placing their grain warehouses, named "Granch." Business cards of the area are olive oil and, of course, fine wine.
Douai Palme Winery was founded in 1989. This corporate sector, which includes 400 wine producers. Much attention is given to the production of red wines, which occupy 85% of the total production. "Cantina Douai Palma" is equipped with the most modern equipment, and its chief oenologist Angelo is Machi.
