Balanced wine has an intense, rich flavor with a smooth structure, velvety tones of ripe berries, hints of vanilla and almond aftertaste and elegant with light tannins train.
Complex aroma of the wine shows rich bouquet with hints of jam, wild berries, floral nuances and shades of spices.

"Tenuta Costa Rossa" Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore - elite, excellent, exquisite red wine, which is produced from grapes Corvina, Korvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta Kroatina. Grapes are grown in one of the most popular and famous for its traditional cider areas - Valpolicella. After harvesting the grapes undergoes pressing, and the resulting mash is fermented in steel tanks under temperature control. Maceration lasts for ten days. Then the wine is left to the end of the year "rest". The peculiarity of wines produced in the Valpolicella is the use of dried grapes. When re-fermentation in the wort is added to squeeze out slightly dried grapes, which gives an opportunity to add to the name of the wine definition of "Ripasso" (translated from the Italian - "repetition"). Producer's description
Title Ka'Botta became symbolic for the economy. Looking documents on the name, Yuri found that once was located near the vineyards village, named Ka Botta, after which the whole area got its name. Literally translated, Ca (derived from "casa") - "House", botta - "chimes". That is, "the house in which the bell sounds." That is how Yuri decided to name his company, symbolically depicting the house with a bell tower surrounded by vineyards on the labels of their wines. By the way, the name of Yuri also replaced Cabot. Today, the company is actively developing Ca'Botta, engaging production of natural wines in northern Italy, producing a fairly large amount of high-quality products and exporting it to other countries. The company is a member of the consortium of winemakers Verona. In the creation of wines Yuri help his wife, two sons and a daughter.
