Tasting Notes
Color
Wine rich ruby red color with garnet hue.
Taste
On the palate the wine noticeable bright notes of dark cherries, spices, menthol and licorice, pleasant sweetness and freshness. Tannins are firm but well integrated.
Aroma
The wine has a scent with notes of violets and small red berries, accompanied by subtle notes of coffee.
Gastronomy
Wine is an excellent complement to grilled meats, wild fowl, grilled filet mignon and steaks.
Interesting Facts
"His Majesty Sangiovese" - so in Tuscany often referred to as the well-known, but capricious grape variety. However, according to estimates, which awarded Brunello di Montalcino from the economy of San Polo, Taming of the Shrew Sangiovese went pretty well.
