Tasting Notes
Wine saturated dark ruby color.
The wine has a silky, supple and sweet taste with soft tannins well integrated, sufficient length and density. On the palate - notes of cherries.
The wine has a concentrated, enveloping ethereal aroma with hints of cherries, wild berries and vanilla, with slight nuances of silicon, spices and leather.
The wine goes well with dishes of white or red meat, poultry, dichiyu well suited to the aged cheeses.
Interesting Facts
Brunello di Montalcino was the first Italian appellasonom, received the status of DOCG. The climate here is the driest in the whole of Tuscany, is mitigated by cooling breezes from the sea, so that the quality of the grapes is obtained excellent. Brunello di Montalcino wine has 10 years of potential exposure, but it can be drunk now.
