Whiskey the color of rose hip syrup, with bronze and purple shades.
The taste of whiskey is smooth, sweetish and warming, showing a rich, oily texture, filled with spicy nuances, tones of baked apples, lemon zest and candied fruits, nuances of chocolate, licorice, oak wood, anise, toffee, herbs and spices. The finish is filled with spicy accents and hints of burnt oak wood.
The aromatic bouquet of whiskey reveals tones of baked bananas, hints of peanut crumb, caramel and honey, as well as complex nuances of herbs (tarragon, mint) and spices.
Whiskey is excellent in itself, as a digestif, as well as paired with a fragrant cigar.

The excellent "Blair Athol" 23 Years Old is made by one of the most underrated Highland wineries. This single malt whiskey barrel fortress is characterized by a branded nut-spicy flavor in the aroma, tones of candied fruit, chocolate and baked apples on the palate. " Blair Atol" 23 years old released a limited edition. For its aging, the manufacturer used European oak barrels, which were cleaned, roasted and filled with fortified wine in the UK, after aging of which whiskey was poured into the barrels. Whiskey bottled in 5514 bottles.
"Blair Athol" 23 Years Old - the first official release of the farm since 2003 and the first whiskey, which appeared in the annual special editions of Diadzheo.
Blair Athol is a winery whose products are sold by Diageo. The farm was built in 1798 on a peat heath forest south of Pitlochry in the foothills of the Grampian Mountains. Closed in 1932, Blair Atol was rescued by Arthur Bell and his sons during the Depression. In 1949, the company was rebuilt and re-launched. The volume of alcohol produced by the company averages 2.5 million liters per year. The winery is equipped with 4 distillation cubes, two of which have a volume of 13 thousand liters, and the other two - 12 thousand liters.
