Magnificent red wine.
The wine has a spicy, structured palate with a very dense structure and wine tones of red and black fruit, notes of minerals and flowers. Good acidity and ripe tannins.
The wine has a scent with notes of red and black, shades of colors and minerals.
The wine goes well with braised or roasted red meats, grilled meat, as well as game and mature cheeses.

Alvaro Palacios did not immediately become a winemaker, but quickly realized the position and prospects of shale terraces with old and abandoned vineyards near the town of GALLARDO, on the border with Galicia, the first time he saw them even when traveling around the Spanish village for sale French barriques at the end of the 1980s .
