The wine has a stable, rich taste with a pleasant acidity and a strong ending.
The wine has a rich, complex flavor with subtle nuances of vanilla, complementary notes of tropical fruit, lively citrus notes.
Wine perfectly complements most dishes like meat and fish, especially blends well with baked fish (sea bream, salmon), seafood, eggs and vegetable soups.

Benefice produce wine in one of the most famous areas of Tuscany, which has long been famous for its Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco. The grapes are harvested by hand for a benefice, fermentation takes place over 21 days in part in steel vats (75%), partly in French barriques (25%). After that, the wine is kept 4 months in stainless steel tanks, 3 months in barriques and 1 month in the bottle.
Because of the warm winter and spring grapes for benefices 2007 matured for 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule. This gives the wine of the vintage is very mature and rich taste.
