To get a wonderful rosé "JP" Azeitao Rose, each of the three grape varieties are vinified separately. Before send berry fermentation, their previously subjected to cold maceration. It is replaced by process tumble dry low and subsequent fermentation at low temperatures. All this allows you to save a beautiful mellow flavor and floral aroma of grapes, fully conveys his guilt.
Wine "JP" Azeytao Rose is the owner of a number of top awards. Vintage 2012 won the bronze medal at the "International Wine Challenge, 2013" and "International Wine & Spirits Competition, 2013", and the 2011 vintage was awarded a gold medal at the "Mondial du Rosé, 2012".
