Wine rich golden color with greenish reflections.
The wine has a fairly low-key, complex, dry flavor with light citrus tones and pleasant floral bitterness in a long, spicy finish. Aristocratic taste give low acidity and finesse.
The wine has a rich, complex, fruity aroma with notes of vanilla and Anansi, accompanied by soft florals and weak notes of oak and tobacco, which appear a little later.
The wine is perfect with seafood and fish dishes or poultry and white meat; is a good addition to snacks, such as lobsters, lobsters, mussels and clams. An excellent aperitif.

Company History Braida began as the story of the village nickname. Family legend has it that someone loved Giuseppe Bologna on Saturday to play the game "stretchbol", popular in Piedmont. His comrades on Saturday "sport" called him for this hobby Bryden. His son Giacomo Bologna inherited from his father and a vineyard, and a nickname, and the love of wine.
