Interesting Facts
The name of the wine Angel's Share has received for several reasons. When held shooting for wine labels, the owner farm, Richard Mintz silver umbrella photographer recalled something heavenly, light, angelic. The second reason - this is an excerpt of wine Angels Share, which occurs in large barrels Hogshead, but not in new barrels to keep the volume of evaporating.
Maceration wines occurs within two weeks. Fermentation is carried out in open large containers at regular remontazhe. Malolactic fermentation takes place in oak barrels.
