The wine is light yellow color with a golden sheen.
The wine has a well-balanced, fruity taste with a nice texture, and bright, elegant minerality. For a long, velvety finish.

Burgundy Alex Gambal story begins in 1997. After moving to Bonn from America Alex Gambal bought his first vineyards of Burgundy and created his own winery. American Alex Gambai attaches particular importance to harvest and ripeness of the grapes. In the production of wine shall respect fundamental Burgundian tradition. The fermentation process with periodic battonazhem produced in barrels. A portion of the wine is aged on the lees in barrels of French oak and bottled part until the next harvest. Gambal produces a number of outstanding white wines of Burgundy (Chardonnay) and red (Pinot Noir), the individual in depth and style from Grand Cru to the less well-known.
