Pinot Noir is the favorite brand of one of the owners of the Albert Mann household - Jackie Barthelme. From it, the company creates one of the most successful and impeccable wines in the region. The luxurious Pinot Noir "Grand H" , the crop for the production of which is grown in the famous Grand Cru vineyard of Hengst, is no exception. The strength of this Grand Cru is perfectly expressed in the taste of the wine and in its good storage potential.
The wine label Albert Mann, Pinot Noir "Gran X" , made by French artist François Bruetschy, underlines the importance, wealth and beauty of the land, which is a legacy of the work and care of generations of passionate people. Passion is expressed on the label in red, and the four black and yellow squares reflect the diversity of vineyards scattered in different places, which is a feature of the estate. Domain Albert Mann is the result of the joint work of two large wine-making families - the Mann family, which has been involved in winemaking since the beginning of the 17th century, and the Bartelme family, already known in 1654 Today, two brothers, Maurice and Jackie Barthelme, with the assistance of their wives, Marie-Claire and Marie-Thérez, manage the family estate and beautiful vineyards. The task of the winery is to produce wine in harmony with the earth. After all, wine is the memory of grapes, it is able to convey the taste of the earth. That is why in 1997, biodynamic cultivation was practiced in the domain. Since 2000, domain wines have been certified as organic by Ecocert, and since 2010, Biodyvin has received biodynamic certification. Currently, the estate occupies 23 hectares, divided into one hundred small plots. In the possession of the domain Albert Mann - five vineyards of the Grand Cru class, two so-called "Lé-Di" and one monopoly Clos.
