Beer slightly turbid brown with a beige froth.
The taste of beer is sweet, malt-caramel, of medium intensity, with light nuances of fruit and chocolate, a bitter-sweet aftertaste with notes of frying.
The aroma of beer felt notes of malt, caramel, yeast, chocolate, the nuances of cocoa, brown sugar and fruit.
Beer is recommended to serve as an aperitif, make a good combination with cheeses, snacks, red meat, chocolate desserts.
Interesting Facts
Alaryk, Brune is an organic brown unpasteurized ale that has a good balance between bitterness, sweetness and strength, as well as characteristic notes of caramel and roasted malt in taste and aroma. The beer is brewed in the spirit of Bjord de Garde, a traditional regional French beer brewed in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of northern France. This variety is similar to the Belgian seasonal ale, but has a more sweet malt flavor.
El Alaric, Brun was voted the best French beer in his category and received a gold medal at the World Beer Awards 2017, as well as a bronze medal for design at the same competition. In the same year, el was awarded the gold medal at the "Brussels Beer Challenge". In 2018, he won a silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole Paris and a gold medal at the Concours International de Lyon.

Alaryk is a French progressive artisanal brewery founded in 2016 in Beziers, in the heart of Languedoc, between the mountain of La Montagne Noir and the Mediterranean Sea. The brewery is engaged in the production of certified organic beer, made from the best ingredients grown far from industrial regions, with no additives or preservatives. When developing varieties of ale, the Alaric brewery very harmoniously combines a creative approach, corresponding to the concept of "craft", and respect for the brewing traditions of different countries. Virtually the entire brewery range has been awarded the most prestigious awards at local and international competitions.
