Vulcaia Sauvignon - is a remarkable white wine grapes for the production of which grows in Monteforte d'Alpone and Soave (Monte Foscarini). The founder of the winery Inama is Giuseppe Inam, who in the 1950's started to get on their savings vineyards in the Soave Classico wine zone. Giuseppe was convinced of the potential of Soave and wanted to show the world what a Garganega grapes. His goal was to collect only high-quality vineyards with old vines Garganega and create a wine that would be able to raise the reputation of Soave.
