The wine is a deep dark purple color.

"Single Vineyard" Malbec - dry red wine that is produced from Malbec grapes grown in the vineyard "El Olivar" in Chile's Colchagua Valley. The average age of the vines - 80 years. Harvesting by hand in early May. Then grapes are placed in stainless steel tanks for fermentation at a temperature of 28-30 ° C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 16 months in barrels of American and French oak.
