Grapes Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon wine Valiano Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG 2005 harvested in mid-October in the vineyards located on the gentle hills of the north-south exposure at an altitude of 200-300 meters above sea level. The soils are rich in lime and small stones, which provide good drainage effect.
