The wine has a fresh, enveloping aroma with notes of white and exotic fruits, such as apricots, peaches and pineapple, complemented by vanilla and balsamic nuances.

Wine "Torricella" is named after the vineyard Torricella, where in the late 80-ies of XX century were planted 3 acres of Chardonnay. The vineyard is situated at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level, on a hill, the soil is of sedimentary origin, rich in sand. Chardonnay grown here is true Tuscan character, with a rich texture and a strong personality that expresses the characteristics of the terroir. In addition, the blending of wines include Chardonnay, grown on a typical sandy soils at an altitude of 460 meters above sea level. In 2011, along with the dominant blend Chardonnay grapes was introduced Sauvignon Blanc grown in Siena on alluvial soils at an altitude of 230 meters above sea level.

"Torricella" - complex wine with a rich structure, given him a unique Tuscan character of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Vinification "Torricella" proceeds as follows: Cold maceration without oxygen for 12-16 hours, the fermentation of wort for 25-30 days at low temperature (12-16 ° C).
