Wine Tenimenti Luigi d'Alessandro Manzano, "Il Bosco", 2004
Wine noble ruby color.
Wine has a deep, generous and pure fruit flavor with a velvety, well integrated tannins and a long, slightly spicy finish.
Among the enchanting aromas of red fruits in the bouquet of the wine appear sweetish notes of toasted oak, spices and mint.
Recommended to decant the wine an hour before use. It is fed to mature cheeses, game, roasts and meat dishes.
