The wine is made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in vineyards located in La Morra at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. Harvesting for Barolo wine produced in late September-early October by hand in wooden boxes. After alcohol should malolactic fermentation, which is carried out in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
