Wine is very bright garnet color.
The wine has a dry, full bodied with velvety tannins and a long finish with notes of licorice and oak.
Elegant and ethereal aroma of wine filled with notes of ripe cherry, vanilla, cloves, dry petals of rose hips and forest herbs.
The wine goes well with red meats, game and cheeses.
Red wine Tenimenti Ca'Bianca, Barolo made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in vineyards located in La Morra at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. After vinification in stainless steel tanks, wine was aged for 24 months partly in Slavonian oak barrels, partly - in new and one year of use of French barriques.
The winery is located in the commune of Ca'Bianca Alice Bel Colle (Alice Bel Colle), in the Piedmont region. The farm is about 39 hectares in the hills of Alto Monferrato. Winery - one of the youngest in the wine-growing region, it was founded in the early 1950s. Now it is a young and dynamic company that offers a wide selection of quality wines.
