Wine garnet color with bluish reflections.
The wine has a full, aristocratic flavor with soft tannins, good freshness, delicious hints of licorice and long aftertaste.
Intense aromatic bouquet of wine is filled with hints of ripe cherry, spice and light shades of skin.
The wine goes well with red meats, game and cheeses.
Red wine Tenimenti Ca'Bianca, Barolo is made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in vineyards located in La Morra at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. Maceration process is strictly controlled and lasts about 10 days. After malolactic fermentation the wine is aged for 24 months partly in Slavonian oak casks of 30 hectoliters in volume, partially - in new French barriques and annuals.
The winery is located in the commune of Ca'Bianca Alice Bel Colle (Alice Bel Colle), in the Piedmont region. The farm is about 39 hectares in the hills of Alto Monferrato. Ka'Byanka winery - one of the youngest in the wine-growing region, it was founded in the early 1950s. Now it is a young and dynamic company that offers a wide selection of quality wines.
