Color

Wine a brilliant dark red color with a bright shade of red cherries.

Taste

The wine has a soft texture and a fresh, rich flavor, which harmoniously integrated on a background of silky tannins reveal juicy tones of raspberry and blackberry. In the finish - light shade of oak.

Wine "Scrubby Rise" Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon-Petit Verdot is created from 3 classic grape varieties - Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, each of which is vinified separately. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled wine stainless steel vats, aging period, which "Scrubby Rise" holds a specially selected for each batch of barrels of American and French oak for 12 months. At the peak of ripeness vintage 2010 will be between 2011-2015 years.

The company was founded Wirra Wirra Strengveyzom Robert Wigley in 1894. At age 30, his parents, whom he gives a lot of anxiety eccentricities sent him away in the Australian outback, where the vigorous energy of Robert found, at last, a useful application.
