White semi-sweet wine "Santini" Bianco is made from three varieties of grapes of the Lambrusco (Maestri, Salamino and Marani) and red Ancelotta variety grown in Emilia-Romagna. Harvest is collected manually from mid-September to mid-October. Manufacture by the Sharm method involves the process of fermentation in sealed containers, after which the wine is bottled under high pressure. "Santini" Bianco has a delicate, fresh taste and is perfectly combined with both the main hot dishes and fruit desserts. Can serve as an aperitif or in lunch breaks. Wine has an almost unlimited shelf life in a cool, dark place.
