The wine is dark ruby color.
Taste wine elegant, sophisticated, clean, multi-layered, with well-balanced tannins, hints of toasted almonds, spices and fruit, leading to a long, pleasant finish with hints of mocha and berries.
In fresh fragrant bouquet of wine is dominated by shades of violet haze and berries, with dominant notes of black currant and blackberry.
Wine perfectly with grilled red meats, game and cheeses.
Wine was created on the basis of the South African economy Remhoogte, co-owned by Rolland. Farm owned by magnificent vineyards, occupying 30 hectares, which are grown red grape varieties - Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinotage. Harvest, limited to 5 tons per hectare, harvested by hand in the optimum degree of maturity and with excellent acidity. Name oenologist Michel Rolland special needs no introduction, it is well known to any connoisseur of fine wines.
