Cognac Pierre Ferrand, "Reserve" is made from grapes harvested exclusively in the Grande Champagne region. Wine to create a cognac is not filtered and distilled on the lees in small copper pot stills. Exposure cognac lasts about 20 years and takes place in small barrels made of Limousin oak, and then comes the final blending of the beverage.
