The wine is ruby red in color with garnet glow.
The wine has srednetelym, intense flavor with notes of black fruit, spice and herbaceous undertones.

Red semi-dry wine "Barone Nero" is produced from grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Refosco grown in the Veneto. The vineyards are located in different height of terrain: moderately hilly and flat. The berries are harvested at optimum ripeness stage, each variety separately. Vinification takes place in the traditional way. Maceration at a controlled low temperature lasts several days. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tankers for 3-6 months. Wine is fermented wort is as long as the amount of residual sugar will fit the category of "semi-dry wine", then fermentation is stopped forcibly. The resulting wine is filtered and sent to the exposure period from six months to a year. Wine is bottled in cold sterile environment, without heat, using microfiltration.
