"Novello" - new wine into line Fabiano produced from Merlot grapes grown in the Veneto region. The grapes are harvested in late September and early October. Grapes are placed in steel vats, which produces 100% carbon maceration and fermentation at controlled low temperatures. This method allows you to get a fresh wine, rich fruit aromas and flavors. Young wine is bottled without prior exposure.
Fabiano company was founded in 1912, when Francesco Fabiano opened a wine shop in Venice, just a few steps from St. Mark's Basilica. Fabiano studied for a long time only the sale of wines, while in 1955 has not acquired a small estate in the Veronese on the shores of Lake Garda. It is here that were born the first wines Fabiano, who quickly gained popularity throughout Europe. Today, the main goal is continuous improvement of its wines, ranging from the use of new methods of cultivation of vineyards and ending with the acquisition of the most advanced equipment for wine storage. Currently Fabiano is one of the largest producers of the Veneto region, known not only in Italy but also far beyond its borders.
