Intense aroma of the wine reveals notes of dark berries such as blackberries and blueberries, and mineral shades that add complexity and freshness of flowers.
Wine is an excellent addition to pasta, red meat - venison, roasted spicy meat.
"El Picaro" - the youngest wine winery Matsu, created from Tempranillo grown using biodynamic methods. Its main feature is the strength and youth, and powerful structure with soft shell displays in taste rebellious, uncontrollable Spanish temperament.
For wine grapes used Tempranillo, which is collected by hand in the first fifteen days of October and delivered to the winery in small boxes. Vineyards consist mainly of old vines, aged up to 90 years. Fermentation in stainless steel vats made under strictly controlled temperature of 24ºC and provides freshness future guilt. Also, in order to preserve the natural fruit flavors, made malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. To admirers fully able to assess the characteristics of wine before bottling it is not filtered and clarified.
Particularly noteworthy extraordinary wine label Matsu, which inevitably attracts the eye of his portrait subjects. A bottle of wine "El Picard", which translated from Spanish means "mischievous," a portrait of the young owner of the winery. Also in the collection Matsu have wine with images of his father and grandfather, personifying maturity and wisdom.
