"Le Petit Parisien" Blanc Moelleux - Semi-sweet white wine, the aroma of which captivates, excites the senses and taste. It is made from a blend of three grape varieties - Ugni Blanc, Grenache Blanc and Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested only on reaching the optimum ripeness of berries and immediately transported to the winery in special trucks. Whole bunches are placed in a press, the resulting juice defend in steel tanks, separating the precipitate. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature, then pour the wine and aged on the lees for 4-6 months. The result is an amazing semi-sweet white wine, which is an excellent aperitif and is also suitable for light meats, salads, cheeses, fruits and desserts.
