The grapes for "Freixenet Cava Brut Nature" is assembled by hand in 25-killogramovyh plastic boxes. At the factory, grapes exposed flavorful and light pneumatic pressing to obtain a first juice. Juice left for 24 hours for precipitation of solids. Bottled wine is aged for 30-40 months.
Freixenet company was founded in 1889 after Pedro Ferrer Bosch, owner of the vineyard "La Freixeneda" married Dolores Sala Vive, heiress of the wine trade house with a 200-year history of "Sala". Freshenet is one of the largest and oldest manufacturers of sparkling wine from Spain, which exports its products to more than 120 countries worldwide.
