Harvesting is carried out manually at the beginning of April. Wines made from the softest of all possible ways: on a three-level winery using the forces of gravity, without unnecessary intervention mechanisms. Kept wine in oak barrels from Burgundy, and for each crop is allocated 30% of new barrels. In 2002 the New Zealand branch of the organization "Demeter" certified winery Felton Road as biodynamic.
