The taste of wine is full bodied and dry, rounded, with a long and aromatic finish.
The aroma of wine is very soulful, with notes of spring flowers, which are complemented by notes of almond, which is very typical of the grape Tokai Friulano.

Oenological Kollavini family history begins in 1896. Eugenio, the founder of the winery, while supplying their wine to neighboring farms, not even imagining that a century later, it will gain the whole world. In 1970, thanks to innovations in the field of sparkling wines and creating Ribolla Dzhialla - the results are accurate and original research methods - winemaking region gets more glory. In those years, the square named Kollavini were increased acquisition of the old manor house of the XVI century in Kono de Rosazzo, which later became the residence of the family estates and cellars were used to store wine. In 1980, all activities Kollavini happens at this prestigious residence. Today the company is headed Manilo Kollavini who commits itself to increasing the diversity of products, the development and better functioning of the structures, as well as improving quality standards.
