Wine intense straw yellow color with copper hues.

Eugenio Collavini, Pinot Grigio "Black Label", 2012 - excellent dry white wine with a balanced and elegant taste and fragrant aroma, which captured the tone of flowers and citrus. The wine is made from Pinot Grigio. Grapes grow on marl soils with some sand content. Manual harvesting begins in September. Berries are pressed at the winery, the must maceration takes place at low temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation for 2 weeks is carried out in stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled temperature 14-16 ° C. Maturation drink lasts until spring. The wine can be consumed young or keep until 2020.
