Wine of bright ruby color.
Refined, well-balanced, warm taste of wine presented a fabulous blend of ripe tannins, refreshing acidity, rich tones of red fruits and spices. Wine leaves a lasting aftertaste riddled nuances of cherry and plum.
In the enchanting bouquet of wine spicy and tantalizing aromas of raspberry, black currant and plum intertwined with notes of cinnamon, licorice and vanilla.
Wine is served to the game, grilled red meat, mature and salty cheese.
Company History Conti Sertoli Salis has very ancient roots in the Middle Ages. Even in 1665, Count Giovanni de Salis Dzizers delivers its excellent wines to the royal court of Leopold I Habsburg. Wines of the economy were the first bottled in Italy.
To his current state of the company came only at the end of XX century, when the descendants of families Sertoli Salis and began to restore the work of their ancestors, degraded over the previous decades. Within a few years, from 1989 to 1991, they were able not only to restore the estate and land, but also to begin production of the first wines. Surviving winemaking traditions helped to recreate the former high-quality, refinement and gentility wines Salis.
