Wine Pommard AOC, 2008 is made from Pinot Noir from vineyards located in appellasone Pommard in the Côte d'Or, in the heart of Burgundy. The name of the village of Pommard received from the ancient temple dedicated to Pomona, the goddess of fruits and gardens. Pommard soil rich in iron, so the wines are dense and powerful, they are often called "male". Pommard wines have long been appreciated far beyond the borders of France, not only for excellent taste, but as a wine that can be stored for a long time and well tolerated in transportation.
