About Wine Bourgogne Côte de Nuits-Le Chaume 2009 is filled with exquisite and elegant fruit and berry notes. Its unusually dark rich color mesmerizing fullness of flavor and aroma of this wine is felt immediately. Wine made from Pinot Noir, gathered in the hills appellasona O-Côte de Nuits, located to the south-west of Côte de Nuits. The vines are growing at an altitude of 225-350 meters above sea level on the sand and limestone soils, covered with chalk upper layer by small particles of marl and clay at the top of the slopes and fertile alluvial deposits at the bottom.
