Wine Bourgogne Hautes-Cotes de Nuits Chaumes AOC 2008 is made from grapes harvested in the hills appellasona Haute-Côte de Nuits, located to the south-west of Côte de Nuits. The vines are growing at an altitude of 225-350 meters above sea level on the sand and limestone soils, covered with chalk upper layer by small particles of marl and clay at the top of the slopes and fertile alluvial deposits at the bottom.
