Perfectly balanced, velvety Shiraz Viognier Katapalt 2007 fascinates fresh tones of blackberries and raspberries, which are intertwined with spicy hints of cinnamon, anise, vanilla, as well as light nuances of beans. In the long aftertaste appear soft, elegant tannins.

Aroma

Lively and bright aroma shows notes of dark fruits and berries, dominated by blueberries and Boysen Berry. After aeration appear shades of dried cherries, tamarillo and fresh beet juice.

Gastronomy

The company was founded Wirra Wirra Strengveyzom Robert Wigley in 1894.
