The wine is pure ruby-crimson color with a purple hue.

Dry red wine "Castro Regio" is made from grapes Tempranillo and Garnacha. Grapes are grown on clay-limestone soils of the vineyards own company Milenium. The wine is made in the traditional way. The harvest is collected in an optimal degree of ripeness, free of ridges, is crushed and subjected to careful pressing, and then carried out a low-temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tankers.
