Wine brilliant pale yellow with hints of lime.
The wine has a light fresh taste with a pleasant rounded, delicate sweetness, the dominant tones of citrus and a long, thin aftertaste with hints of herbs.
Intense aroma of the wine reveals notes of sweet citrus and tropical fruits - lychees and figs, mineral nuances.

Sauvignon Blanc was harvested by hand at night, this technology allows the collection to preserve and strengthen fruitiness, acidity and freshness of the wine of the future, as well as save energy without going through the process of further cooling in the cellars of the winery.
