At the beginning of cool and cloudy summer, replaced by a hot and sunny weather conditions allowed the grapes to ripen to the desired extent, but more slowly than usual. Vintage collection which started a few days before the standard deadline because of the risk of rain, showed amazing potential for creating high-quality wines.
The grapes were harvested by hand in small boxes of 14 pounds and taken to the winery. Thanks to modern technology and the applied optical system of selection of berries (Vistalys) were obtained pure and healthy fruit that have passed strict quality control. Grapes were soaked for several days to get an elegant structure and impressive flavors. Fermentation for two weeks was carried out in stainless steel tanks. After maceration the wine is aged in 225-liter French oak barrels, most of which - reuse.
