Wine of intense ruby ​​red color.


Taste wine hot and very rich, with a balsamic nuances and hints of toast and sweet tannins. The finish is very persistent with hints of vanilla.

"Brolio" Chianti Classico - a wine that is drunk easily, which is typical of the Chianti Classico region, and also has a full and complex structure, which makes it great in its category. "Broglio" Chianti Classico is made from Sangiovese, which sometimes, depending on the vintage, add a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. After a mild winter 2008, spring precipitation deficit was recorded. Sangiovese was going to last and, due to sudden changes in temperature between day and night in the month of September, managed to develop a great aroma and color saturation. The results of the harvest of Sangiovese 2008 were evaluated excellent. Throughout the harvest was great weather, so the grapes arrived in the cellars perfectly healthy and mature. Maceration lasted 16 days at a controlled temperature of 32 ° C. The wine was carried out in large oak casks and barriques for 9 months. Bottling took place in April 2010.
