The wine is dark cherry color.
The wine has a deep, complex and well-balanced taste with fine tannins and a long optimum maturity memorable aftertaste.
The aroma of wine is full bodied and bright, with hints of ripe plums, spice, black fruit, oak and balsamic notes.

Harvesting of 2007 lasted from mid-September to early October. The grapes were crushed and sorted strictly. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats for 3-4 weeks at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C. For malolactic fermentation, the wine was divided: 80% fermented in barrels, and 20% - in steel tanks. Bizerno first matured for 15 months in new French oak barrels, then bottled after a further 12 months in bottle. In 2007 it was produced 20,000 bottles of "Biserno". The wine has a beautiful storage capacity: 12-15 years.
Campo di Sasso estate was purchased by the Marquis Lodovico Antinori in 1995. Campo di Sasso consists of three different vineyards to the west of the road to Bolgheri.
