Wine Altair dark, rich garnet color.
Structured and complex enough for their taste wine. Quite soft, pleasant aftertaste, which contains notes of black fruits.
The aroma of graphite, cassis, combined with strawberry liqueur, or create an incomparable bouquet.
Thanks to its saturation content, the wine perfectly suited to the complex, heavy meals. Combined with hot meat dishes from beef or lamb obtained excellent blowing.
Altair Vineyards and Winery - a joint venture Laurent Dassudi, (Chateau Dassault from Saint-Emilion) and winemaking San Pedro Vinas, is the third largest wine producer in Chile. Altair - the most expensive wine in Chile. The grapes for its production is hand-assembled exclusively in the early times of the day, after which there is a rigorous selection of fruit size and quality, and then exposed to light grinding.
